Shmaya David is a certified Master Executive Coach (MCI/EMCI) and business consultant with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Executive and Business Coaching. His personal ‘Superpower‘ is that of the Teacher. Shmaya’s is exceptionally good at integrating information into knowledge, and passing it onward to his students in a most effective and engaging manner. His most important lesson is about finding and using your own unique superpower and how to use it in everything you do. Shmaya believes that doing so is the easiest, fastest and most gratifying way to reach success in your personal and business life alike.
Shmaya is VP Operations of the Israeli Coaching Association – ICA, and is a senior trainer and supervisor in coaching courses taking place in the prestigious Israeli Technological Institute (the Technion) and other venues. Having personally taught over 770 coaches, Shmaya is also one of the top developers of coach-training materials for Israel’s largest coaching school – IKA Coaching ltd. Among his coaching and consulting clients are managers and executives in leading Israeli organizations such as Iscar, The Phoenix, Taro Pharmaceutical, The Penitentiary Authority, The Diamond Exchange and numerous small-medium business owners.
Shmaya is the founder of eCoachingSuccess, an enterprise dedicated to the creation and distribution of information products over the internet in Israel and elsewhere. Most of his programs are built around his coaching methods ot aimed at improved marketing abilities and better business processes building for small and medium businesses. The program he is most fond off is “Coming to Light” – a high-ticket coaching program for professional wishing to write and publish their first book.
In 2011 Shmaya became the training partner in Israel of the renowned “Marketing Wizard”, Jay Abraham. Shmaya incorporates Jay’s business philosophies and revenue generating methods into his consulting activities and business-oriented courses.

Before becoming a coach Shmaya spent 19 years in Operations and Quality management positions in the chemical-food, pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. His qualifications include B.Sc in Chemistry Eng and Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the Technion, Certified GMP trainer (ISPE) and Lead Auditor (SII).
Shmaya is happily married to his high-school love, Limor, better known in public as the ‘Practical Fairy’. The couple has three children, and lives in a small community among the beautiful hills of the lower Galilee region in Israel.
Books
Shmaya has three coaching-related books published on Amazon. The first was “1-Day Executive Coaching”, followed by “15 Minutes Coaching” and “Your Own Personal Superpower”. He also published “The Secret Apps That Will Grow Your Business”, and has two other books related to Quality Assurance and Book Writing published in Israel only.
In 2013 Shmaya published his first fiction book. “The Missing Corner” is a charming adventure for ages 6-12, based upon tales that Shmaya invented for his own children when they were younge. Additional books in this series are expected soon.
